SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time 5 –10 business days.
Please note, this does not include our 1–3 business day processing time.
Shipping times may vary and do not include delays caused by customs clearance.

 

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
FurioShop is not responsible for lost or missing packages due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
If the mistake is on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties once the order has been shipped. By placing an order, you agree that your package may be subject to customs charges upon arrival in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the system.

If more than 7 business days have passed and your tracking information has not updated, please contact us for assistance.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to logistics and product availability.
